What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes additional requirements for companies that collect or store personal data of European Union residents. The regulation goes into effect on May 25, 2018, replacing the 1995 Data Protection Directive.
OnSolve is committed to providing secure products and services. We are actively implementing and adhering to controls enabling compliance with this new privacy law, as well as other privacy and security laws, regulations, and standards, including the EU – U.S. Privacy Shield.
OnSolve has a strong existing privacy and security program that ensures the right security controls are in place. We have processes set up to ensure all data is discovered and tracked, and we are performing the necessary risk assessments.
